Walter Straßenbau KG
Industrial Area Developed Digitally
The new industrial area "Sulzen V" in Denkingen was planned using BBSoft® civil engineering software. Walter Straßenbau KG brought together multiple disciplines within a single digital planning environment, ranging from road and sidewalk construction to utility networks and the retention basin.
Challenge
Multiple Disciplines. One Shared Goal.
Before any earthworks began on site, numerous requirements had to be planned precisely, coordinated and documented in a transparent manner.
The focus was on creating a functioning overall infrastructure.
A new industrial area requires more than asphalt and pipes. It requires planning in which levels, gradients, drainage, utility routes, connections and earthworks interact seamlessly.
Everything had to be prepared in such a way that the digital planning process would provide a reliable basis for the subsequent construction work.

Planning Details
Retention Basin, Utility Networks and Traffic Areas: When Every Detail Must Fit Together.
The development of new industrial areas demonstrates how complex civil engineering planning can be: roads, sidewalks, utility networks and drainage systems must work together seamlessly. The retention basin, involving approximately 4,100 m³ of earthworks, plays a central role in stormwater management and the safe development of the area.
Solution
Planned for Practice. Implemented with Digital Transparency.
Using BBSoft®, Walter Straßenbau KG was able to bring together the various requirements of the development project within a single planning environment, from traffic areas and utility networks to drainage.
This creates a planning basis that is technically consistent, transparent and suitable for construction.

BBSoft® provides support where multiple disciplines come together.
At the "Sulzen V" industrial area, many individual requirements are brought together to create a functional site development concept. Before construction can begin, levels, gradients, utility routes, connections and earthworks must interact precisely.
This turns digital planning into a reliable foundation for functional infrastructure.
Voices from the Field
Reliable Tools. Transparent Data.
For Walter Straßenbau KG, BBSoft® is a tool that provides support where civil engineering planning becomes complex: connecting different disciplines, structuring the planning of traffic areas and utility networks and providing transparent data for further project development.
The "Sulzen V" industrial area project demonstrates what really matters in civil engineering: experience, careful planning and software that supports day-to-day work. Behind every new development area are people who use their expertise and commitment to create the foundation for functional infrastructure.

From Planning to Industrial Space.
The development of the "Sulzen V" industrial area is creating new infrastructure for use, development and growth in Denkingen.
Digital planning with BBSoft® demonstrates how many elements must work together: roads, sidewalks, sewer systems, utility networks, fibre optic infrastructure, house connections and stormwater management.
Future-Proof Industrial Areas Are Planned Digitally.
Modern site development projects are complex integrated systems. With BBSoft®, the result is not just individual plans, but reliable foundations for coordinated utility and transport infrastructure, transparent civil engineering planning and precise implementation on site.

From the digital model to built infrastructure: the development of the "Sulzen V" industrial area.
