    Functions at a Glance

CAD Drawing Software for Road Planning

BBSoft® provides a complete planning environment for road equipment, development planning, rehabilitation measures, as well as junction and roundabout design in road construction. From the location plan to the longitudinal section and standardized road cross-sections, all planning levels are interconnected.

Sight distance triangles, 3D modeling, quantity survey, and pavement classification calculations are seamlessly integrated into the workflow. All results are output directly in DWG format – without conversion and without media discontinuity.

For assessing the trafficability of road areas, the Swept Path Analysis module provides a dedicated tool.

    Quantity Survey

Route quantities are calculated and evaluated automatically – from cross-profile calculation to digital terrain model and slope sections, including output of all relevant DA formats.

    Standard Road Cross-Section

Road cross-sections are drawn, dimensioned, and calculated for all stations. Defined in compliance with standards within the cross-section editor for roads and highways.

    Compound Curves

Three-part compound curves are constructed and calculated – standards-compliant curve design for roundabouts and intersections in accordance with RAL and RASt.
