With the BBSoft® software for split wastewater charges, the calculation of municipal stormwater fees based on sealed surfaces is handled efficiently and in a legally compliant manner. The official property cadastre serves as the data basis; aerial images and scanned plans enable precise area determination. Municipalities and engineering offices are supported throughout all phases of area data acquisition – from automatic parcel isolation to the creation of true-to-scale plans for property owners.

The CAD integration of BBSoft® enables targeted processing of GIS data and a clear visualization within the CAD system. Entire database projects can be easily loaded into CAD and further processed graphically. Database objects can be displayed with differentiated colors, labeled and selectively updated. Changes in the database are synchronized with the CAD drawing; additional annotations can be seamlessly transferred back into the database.

Data management is handled via the Oracle® database; attribute data is available as lists, detailed views and reports. With the tree cadastre from BBSoft®, point-based objects can be efficiently recorded, managed and analyzed in the GIS. Developed in collaboration with municipal green space departments, the system supports reliable compliance with traffic safety obligations. In addition to general tree data such as diameter, height or species, maintenance notes, damages and inspection dates can also be documented in a structured way.
