Your main area of responsibility:
You are the first point of contact for our users — receiving inquiries, analysing them and developing practical, solution-oriented answers.
You test new features with regard to quality, practical usability and customer requirements.
You work closely with our developers, contribute your expertise and actively help shape the software.
You engage directly with customers on-site — for example at INTERGEO, IFAT or at our own events.
What you should bring:
- Degree in civil engineering, geography, surveying or water management — or vocational training as a CAD technician (civil engineering), civil engineering technician or surveying technician
- Enjoyment of direct interaction with customers
- Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way
- Structured and independent working style
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
Nice to have:
- Experience with CAD software
- Driving license (Class B)
